George Will has an editorial that has the right idea. Why didn't President Bush ask Congress to change the law, instead of assuming that he was above the law?

In President Bush's radio address yesterday, he said, "Revealing classified information is illegal, alerts our enemies, and endangers our country."

I'm glad the President believes that. Perhaps he has heard of a woman named Valerie Plame?
